Overview

Blenheim Palace is a place where new memories are made as a multitude of glowing lights and Christmassy sounds fill the air with festive fun. Firmly positioned as one of the UK’s leading illuminated trails and unmissable within the seasonal calendar, this has everything you need for an unforgettable time with friends and family, including a magical glimpse of Father Christmas along the way.

Explore a Picture-Perfect Story of Cinderella inside the Palace.
Entering The Great Hall you’ll be welcomed by a towering Christmas Tree that marks the start of the timeless tale of Cinderella, while each State Room tells a different chapter of the much-loved family favourite. As midnight (not really) strikes, a glass slipper leads Prince Charming to a fairytale Christmas wedding, and of course don’t miss the pumpkin carriage, it’s the ultimate selfie spot!

Boasting more than a million lights, an enchanting Illuminated Trail winds through gardens and grounds, past glistening treetops and shimmering waterfalls.
The Illuminated Trail has become a firm date in many families’ festive calendars, and is noted as one of the best light trails in the country, and better still, you’ll get to meet Father Christmas on the way around!

The Christmas Market in the Great Court
Regularly rated as one of the best Christmas Markets in the country, each year sees The Great Court transformed into a seasonal village of wooden chalets offering everything from inspired gift ideas to tasty treats. Discover a selection of treasurable gifts and enjoy some sweet indulgence as you escape the bustle of the high street. Set within the Great Court browse the wooden chalets filled with a wide range of arts, crafts and tempting treats for foodies, there’s ceramics, textiles, homewares, jewellery and so much more.

Cafes & Restaurants You will find a range of cafés and restaurants available for you to enjoy with your family and friends. Whether you’re after some warming comfort food or a sophisticated afternoon tea, we have something for everyone. Much of our produce is locally sourced and we use fresh fruit and vegetables from our own kitchen garden. Blenheim Palace is all about celebrating the very best of Oxfordshire, whether that’s sourcing the finest local produce and seasonal ingredients and working with great suppliers and incredible businesses right on its doorstep.
