This free self-guided pop-up exhibition charts the decades of creativity and development proposals of the Grade II* Listed Power Station from its closure in 1983 to its restoration and opening in October 2022. Open now, Battersea Power Station chimney lift experience.  Prepare to ignite your curiosity, immerse your senses and elevate your perspective at London’s epic new viewing experience, Lift 109. Step inside the iconic Battersea Power Station and make a thrilling ascent 109 metres to the top of the north-west chimney where you will take in stunning 360 degree views of London’s skyline.  We cannot book for this as yet but you can either book online yourself when the booking period opens for March or we can do it for you. We hope to arrive at Battersea at 11.00am so suggest you don’t book Lift 109 until after 12.00.  I have put an option on the booking form so you can let me know if you wish to do this.  There will be an extra cost for the lift but we are not certain of the exact price yet possibly £15 – £20.   If you wish to visit Tate Britain you can get a boat to this from the Power Station using Thames Clippers.
