Overview
Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and step into our wetland oasis of colourful water birds, mammals and insects. Discover some of the most eye-catching ducks and geese from around the globe – plus a couple of otters – on a stroll through Wetlands of the World. And find out how WWT’s conservation work around the world is helping to protect wetlands and the amazing wildlife that depends on them. All the paths are fully accessible to wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We enjoy a 45 minute guided tour before free time to explore and get refreshments. There is a selection of hot and cold food and drinks for you to enjoy and fuel your wetland adventure. The café opens at 10:00am, last orders are half an hour before the centre closes. Hot food (lunch service) from 11:30am to 3:00pm.
