Chenies Manor House is one of the UK’s finest Tudor Mansion Houses. Steeped in history, the Grade I Listed building is set in Buckinghamshire’s charming estate village of Chenies and overlooks the Chess Valley. There are a variety of gardens influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement, which include a Tudor-style sunken garden, a white garden, Victorian kitchen garden and 2 mazes. A display of over 6000 tulips and other bulbs is on show in April and May. We begin with lunch at Chenies Manor before we enjoy our guided tour and free time to explore the wonderful gardens with their mass of tulips.
Lunch consists of Deep filled homemade Quiche, Potato Salad, Green Bean And Mangetout Salad With Orange And Hazelnut Dressing followed by Salted Caramel Brownie or similar. Please let me know of any dietary requirements.
The beautiful tea room is open 2-5pm, serving delicious homemade cakes and a wide selections of teas, coffees and soft drinks.
