Every year we organise a small, select programme of short breaks and holidays, predominately by coach but occasionally by air. We try to offer a relaxing holiday with a good blend of interesting visits and free time. It is our policy to use four star hotels where possible and we are great believers in including nearly everything in your holiday price. Apart from lunches and personal spending you won’t be faced with a lot of additional costs such as optional excursions and insurance.
Optional Holiday Travel Insurance
It is a condition of Travel with J G theatre Club that all passengers are adequately insured. Therefore all clients who book on our holidays can be provided with travel insurance, see Summary of Insurance Cover. Although we provide what we believe is an extensive policy it is vital that you check the policy to ensure it satisfies your own requirements and that you are eligible to benefit from the cover provided. If the policy does not meet your requirements or you do not meet the eligibility criteria you must obtain alternative cover before travelling. Our policy has been by arranged by Coach Holiday Travel Insurance Specialists Towergate Chapman Stevens and is placed with ETI – International Travel Protection (ERV), the UK branch of Europäische Reiseverscherung AG, who are Licensed by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BAFIN – www.bafin.de) and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA – www.fca.gov.uk) to undertake insurance business in the UK.
Financial Security (Overnight Tours)
We take this aspect of our commitment to our members very seriously and every year we submit financial information to our insurers for inspection and undergo a compliance check by ITC Compliance Limited on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority. We are very proud of our compliance record particularly as the costs involved for a small business are not insignificant.
JG Theatre Club is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486) and which is permitted to advise on and arrange general insurance contracts.
In accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992” customers of JG Theatre Club will be indemnified in respect of their net ascertained financial loss sustained arising from the cancellation or curtailment of the declared trip travel arrangements arising solely from the event of the financial failure of JG Theatre Club.
This insurance has been arranged by Travel & General Insurance Services Limited on behalf of Towergate Chapman Stevens through Hiscox Insurance Company Limited.
